This notice explains how Peak Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd (“Peak”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and project information. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals or tender documents you ask for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Peak staff who need it to respond to you, and our email and website hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. Where our UK office handles your enquiry, your information may be processed in the United Kingdom.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
