Who we are

We design the building services that make modern buildings work: heating, cooling, water, fire, medical gas, power, lighting and communications.

Our work spans hospitals, office blocks, shopping centres, lifestyle centres, hotels, schools and residential buildings, on both new construction and refurbishment, along with the electrical networks and master plans that municipalities depend on.

From offices in Johannesburg, Bulawayo and Manchester we have delivered projects across Southern Africa and the United Kingdom, for clients ranging from provincial governments and Transnet to private developers and contractors.

Kenneth Chitenhe
Chief Executive Officer
An electrical engineer and project management professional with over 35 years’ experience in railway electrification, construction and consulting across Southern Africa. PMP-accredited (2005) and registered PrCPM, he has worked on hospital refurbishments, SAPS contact points and rail infrastructure. His technical focus includes rail electrification, electricity storage and renewable energy, and his project management interests include earned value management, risk management and PMOs.
James Mupa
Senior Mechanical Engineer
A mechanical engineer specialising in HVAC and public health (wet services) systems, with over 15 years’ experience designing and managing them for commercial, healthcare and industrial facilities. Qualified in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and quantity surveying, he takes projects from system design to commissioning, with a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and compliance with international standards. He has led multidisciplinary teams on decarbonisation, retrofits, water conservation and system optimisation.
Morgan Havire
Electrical Engineer, Pr Tech Eng
BTech Electrical Engineering with more than 33 years’ experience. Principal and lead design engineer on projects in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia and Equatorial Guinea, from site survey through to testing and commissioning.
Mduduzi Mnkhandla
Electrical Engineer
BEng (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe and MEng from the University of the Witwatersrand. Over 10 years in building services and electrification, including work interfacing with Eskom, supply authorities and municipalities.
Ngqabutho Moyo
Electrical Design Technologist
Over 10 years designing power, lighting, IT and communication systems for commercial and residential buildings.
Asanda Dyasi
Mechanical & Fire Engineer
Mechanical Engineering Diploma, Walter Sisulu University. Over 5 years in building services and fire engineering, skilled in AutoCAD, Revit and project management.
Nteboheng Mabaleha
Office Manager
With Peak since 2016, Ntebo runs the office and manages financial accounts and tenders. She holds a diploma in Internal Auditing and has over 10 years’ experience.

Business Development Manager
Over 12 years in marketing, project management and economic analysis, leading Peak’s business growth.
Simbarashe Madzivire
Head of Legal
A legal professional with over eight years’ experience in legal practice, business management and corporate governance. He specialises in construction and commercial litigation, construction claims, contract administration and risk management on built-environment projects, and advises on regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. He holds an LLB, an MSc in Climate Change and Sustainable Development and a Special Honours degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, and has worked on construction claims and high-value infrastructure disputes in Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Philippines.
